Custom orders are not refundable. For all other orders, if you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty (30) days of the purchase date will be credited to the original payment. Items returned more than thirty (30) days after the purchase date will be exchanged or receive a store credit redeemable on your next purchase. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. Aunt Meg Creations cannot be responsible for packages that cannot be traced.
